During a time of controversy and tension, it seems as though social media platforms have begun to serve as ways to divide people as opposed to bringing them together. However, Instagram has jumped at the opportunity to reverse this phenomenon by launching a Kindness theme for their already popular InstaMeets.
200 Instagram users met up at City Hall and made their way to Williamsburg on Friday, January 27th.  They photographed and modeled for each other along the way.
