NYU has more actors currently on Broadway than any other school, and so we must make sure fair casting practices can thrive outside of the classroom as well as within.
NYU asked people not to culturally appropriate during the Welcome Week Festiball, but students should take it on themselves not to appropriate other cultures.
Freshmen should not let their fears and insecurities hold them back from enjoying NYU as fully as possible. Life begins, as they say, at the end of your comfort zone.
