Snapchat is one of the fashion industry’s favorite apps right now. Snapchat first introduced the live fashion week feature in 2014, and it revolutionized fashion weeks around the world as we knew it. Besides covering New York Fashion Week, Snapchat went the extra mile, expanding its coverage to fashion week events from overseas, including Paris and Milan. Snapchat’s accessibility to fashion doesn’t stop there; there are too many fashion influences you can follow too.

Many fashion brands and designers these days are starting to use Snapchat as a marketing and communication platform to keep their fans updated. They use Snapchat to show off their pieces or share behind the scene moments and their daily lives. Famous designers, such as Olivier Rousteing of Balmain, also upload stories from well-known fashion events such as The Met Gala with their celebrity friends.
