Spearheading menswear collections with his innovative mix of color, print and narrative, David Hart created a truly standout line of clothes this Fall/Winter season.
With striking red blazers and black trousers in mohair, silk ties in tartan prints and a collaboration with footwear line Walk Over for an ultimately chic patent leather shoe in an array of colors like oxblood, Hart’s collection oozed personality and individuality. His inspiration was even more unique.
“I was very inspired by the classic TV show ‘The Twilight Zone,’ so we’re looking at Rod Sterling’s personal style,” Hart said.
Indeed an eerie feeling was present as haunting violin music played and models were adorned in exquisite clothes, paired with glasses with broken and cracked lenses.
Overall, Hart’s signature style was evident in his use of color blocking, bold, printed blazers, and masculine flamboyance. He is truly a force in menswear this season.
