Raquel has been on the Ops team since freshman year, from columnist to Deputy to now, Opinion Editor. She is a senior majoring in Media, Culture and Communication with a minor in Film Production. She’s interned at MSNBC’s Weekends with Alex Wit and in city government for Manhattan Borough President and Comptroller candidate Scott Stringer. In addition, every fall, she writes for and performs in College of Arts and Science Theatre’s musical parody Forbidden NYU. Raquel aspires to be an actress and TV writer, but in the meantime is perfectly content with belting out tunes around the WSN office.
