Additionally, we understand how some may wonder what effect Bill de Blasio’s endorsement for our campaign will have on a private university’s decision making. Looking onward, we are in communications with the Mayor’s youth liaison office, setting up meetings and working on tangible ways to pressure the school’s administration into achieving our goals.
The Executive Committee of Student Government publicized a letter addressed to Andrew Hamilton on Facebook on Thursday, Sept. 28, in support of the Union of Clerical, Administrative and Technical Staff in the midst of their contract negotiations.

Protesters gathered at Schwartz Plaza today to demonstrate in favor of the recent SSC vote and an NYU Board of Trustees member's connection to President Donald Trump. At one point, protesters were positioned in front of the elevator that goes  to President Andrew Hamilton's office.
