Self-proclaimed "deplorable" LS professor Michael Rectenwald is suing NYU and four professors for defamation. The basis of the suit is a series of department-wide emails from last May, in which he was called a racist and sexist, among other things.
In response to the Liberal Studies Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Workforce, NYU Professor Michael Rectenwald explains why the Social Justice Warrior ideology should be expunged, both within the university and beyond it.
Whether or not Rectenwald’s grievances were valid, his integrity has been challenged by the inaccuracy of his own narrative. His false allegations are evidence that he is not a misunderstood victim, but a hypocrite.
