The All Things Go Music Festival is returning to Forest Hills Stadium this year from Sept. 26 to Sept. 28. The weekend features a selection of musical acts of all genres, including headliners Lucy Dacus, Doechii, Clairo and more. The festival’s mission is to highlight female-identifying, non-binary and queer artists, marking themselves as a progressive voice in the world of music.
All Things Go originated in Washington, D.C. in 2014 at Union Market, eventually expanding to the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD, holding over 20,000 attendees. In 2024, All Things Go added a festival in New York City at Forest Hills Stadium at popular demand. Both the Maryland and New York festivals are held during the same weekend with a relatively similar lineup.
This year, the New York festival is filled with a variety of headliners, each ranging in style and discography. On Friday, alt-pop singer Dacus will make her third appearance at the festival, but her solo debut as a headliner since the start of her “Forever is a Feeling” tour. She is joined on Friday by headliner Djo, most known for his synth-pop hit “End of Beginning.” Saturday’s headliner Doechii exploded in popularity following the success of her Grammy-winning album, “Alligator Bites Never Heal,” and massive hit “Anxiety” as well as her universally acclaimed Lollapalooza and Glastonbury sets. Pop-rock artist Remi Wolf, another Saturday headliner, will complement Doechii’s high-energy set. Sunday kicks it back a bit with The Marías and Clairo, both of which performed heavily praised sets at Coachella earlier this year.
The lesser known artists are equally as exciting, a testament to All Things Go’s ability to deliver a unique, diverse lineup. On Friday, Gigi Perez and Rachel Chinouriri will perform before the main headliners. Chinouriri, a burgeoning English singer who just finished opening for the U.K. leg of Sabrina Carpenter’s “Short n’ Sweet” tour, is not to be missed, especially with her pop-R&B hits “All I Ever Asked” and “Never Need Me.” On Saturday, breakthrough artist Lola Young returns for her second year, sure to please the crowd with her mega-hit “Messy.” On Sunday night, British indie-rock band The Last Dinner Party will conclude the sub-headliner saga, which gained momentum with their debut record “Prelude to Ecstasy.”
Some artists lower on the bill include Maude Latour, Blondshell and Paris Paloma. But an artist not to miss on Saturday is Griff, a rising pop star who just finished opening up for Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour” and Gracie Abrams’ “The Secret of Us Tour” in the past year.
All Things Go prides itself on bringing a quality and accessible customer experience to all guests. Since the New York festival occurs at Forest Hills Stadium, there are no overlapping sets. This means that every guest, regardless of ticket, can watch each single set listed on the poster without having to choose between acts or make a desperate run across a field. Tickets are still available to the general public. Gates will open at 11:30 a.m. on Friday for entry.
