I’m Alexis, and I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study in Shanghai for the fall of 2016. I want to do everything in my power to remember this wonderful experience, so I’ve been making monthly videos of what I’ve been up to in and around the city. Although it’s impossible to capture the vibrant timbre of the city, I’ve done my best to compile clips of my favorite moments that I was lucky enough to catch on film. There are shots from Shanghai, Beijing and Zujiajia in this video. When juxtaposed, it’s surprising how similar New York and Shanghai are, and I know I’ll definitely be back again in the very near future.
