Crime Log: April 2-9

The NYU Department of Public Safety received three reports of larceny and one report of harassment between April 2 and April 9.

Larceny

On April 3 at 9:35 a.m. a student reported that their bicycle was stolen from a railing in front of Vanderbilt Hall. Police notification was declined.

On April 3 at 3:20 p.m. a staff member reported that a piece of art was missing from an eighth floor stairwell in the Kimmel Center for University Life. A police report was filed.

On April 6 at 1:55 p.m. a student reported that their umbrella was missing from a locker in NYU’s Dental Center.

Harassment

On April 6 at 12:08 a.m. a student in Rubin Residence Hall reported that they had received harassing text messages.
