With “30 Rock” in its last season and “Arrested Development” making a massively successful comeback, there’s no shortage of talent in the pool of nominees for Out- standing Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Matt LeBlanc’s performance in “Episodes” hasn’t garnered much hype, and “House of Lies” star Don Cheadle — despite his star appeal and Golden Globe win — is a relative newcomer to a category of established, multi-season shows. “Louie” is the dark horse of the bunch, but Louis C.K. fully deserves all the recognition he’s been receiving as of late. Jim Parsons has two Emmys under his belt for “The Big Bang Theory” already, but as a final nod to the wildly popular and well-acted show, this year’s winner will likely be Alec Baldwin for “30 Rock.”
