A presence of mice, filth flies, and hot food held at less than 140 degrees Fahrenheit, was discovered at Lipton Dining hall during a recent health inspection. NYU must take action to fix such a troubling and disgusting situation.
For a tax bill that is being promoted as relief for the middle class, this bill — if passed — will drastically hurt millions of American students. In a country where we encourage people to work hard and to go to pursue higher education, this seems objectively backwards.
It is time NYU facilitates a substantial effort to combat these instances of bigotry in order to maximize comfortability for its marginalized students.
While we agree that Greek life organizations accused of misconduct should be punished and regulated, cutting ties with them completely is the wrong approach.

In retrospect, it should not come as a surprise that these issues would arise at NYUAD. The country is decades behind the United States in terms of human rights.
