2018-19 Record: 14-17

Athlete to Watch: Last season, Stern sophomore Tiffany Luong earned a 56-22 foil record, the second most foil wins and the third most overall wins in a season in team history, and finished 15th at the NCAA Championships. Look for her to build upon that success and continue to progress in her second year.

You Should Know: Head coach Steve Mormando has been selected for induction into USA Fencing’s Hall of Fame in 2020.

In One Sentence: The women’s fencing team will look to return to the NCAA Championships this season, with a healthy mix of experienced and new players.

Next game: Oct. 18 at 9 a.m. in the North American Cup in Kansas City, Missouri.
