To the beat of the electronic mixed playlist created by JM Couture’s Fashion Designer Jim Mullin, models cascaded down the runway at Affinia Hotel’s Fitzgerald Grand Ballroom. Audiences grasped the refined and debonair aspect of JM Couture Fall/Winter Obsidian 2015 Collection as the first model graced the runway clad in a beige chiffon gown adorned with cascading butterfly-like lilac appliqués. With beige pumps and a braided updo, she was the only model to stop mid-way on the runway to perform a choreographed hand movement to draw attention to the delicate appliqués shaping her body.

Appropriately titled “Obsidian”, JM Couture’s Fall/Winter 2015 Collection consisted of  dark pallets and crystallized bodices. Each model’s hair was braided in a simple updo and was paired with a bold red lip, giving all of the focus to the high society designs of Jim Mullin.

JM Couture’s Fall/Winter 2015 Collection covered all areas of sophisticated yet fashion forward evening wear attire. Standout pieces included a long sleeve, high neckline, navy blue sequined gown paired with a complimentary navy colored purse. With a form fitting structure and an unexpected backless addition, this gown proved that power and style go hand and hand.

Navy pallets and floor length gowns were not the only jaw droppers in JM Couture Fall/Winter 2015 Collection. A patterned grey halter dress, flowed effortlessly throughout the runaway grabbing the attention of the audience. While a long sleeve, mermaid style shape, plunging neckline and red lava-like pattern, this gown definitely stole the show.

The Fitzgerald Grand Ballroom erupted into applause as Real Housewives of Atlanta, Demetria McKinney appeared in a long sleeve, red-orange goddess gown. McKinney’s family, fashion’s elite and Arizona’s pageant royalty were all in attendance to cheer her on at JM Couture’s Fall/Winter 2015 Obsidian Collection. As McKinney and JM Couture’s Designer Jim Mullin, walked side by side during the collection’s finale, audiences were assured that JM Couture was made for the confident woman who is the crème de la crème of her field.
