Anti-sex feminists and anti-porn Republicans alike have jumped to frame Stoya's story as emblematic of the inherent evil of sex work. To write off Stoya’s claim as just another facet of an insidious business, however, is to invalidate both her career and her alleged rape.
Universities must not betray their ideals of introducing students to opinions different from their own by sanitizing important discussions at the university.
Gov. Cuomo's "Enough is Enough" campaign is an excellent way to promote proposed legislation changes that will assist sexual assault victims at universities across the state.
