The NYU Department of Public Safety received reports of larceny, physical harassment and vandalism between Nov. 20 and 23.

Criminal Mischief

At 6:50 p.m. on Nov. 23, a student said his personal belongings were vandalized by an unidentified person at Brittany residence hall. This incident is still under investigation.

Harassment

At 11:05 a.m. on Nov. 21, Public Safety received a report from 19 W. Fourth St. that a student pushed a professor after an argument at 1 p.m. on Nov. 20, leaving the professor with minor injuries. This incident is still under investigation and no charges have been made against the student.

Larceny

At 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 21, a student said her laptop was stolen between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the basement lounge of 1 Washington Square North. The New York Police Department did not file a report and the incident is still under investigation.
