The Athletes Issue: Training in Silence

Being a Division III school with a more artistic focus, sports are often cast aside at NYU. However, within these oft-forgotten teams are athletes with complex and unique stories and struggles. This week, we took a look at some of these stories, shining a light on how students use sports as a means of finding community and the mental toll it can take.
