Akiva Thalheim
Akiva Thalheim is a sophomore in Gallatin studying psychology and technology. Akiva is passionate about using tech to solve problems through a human-centric approach, and as such spends much of his time engrained in NYU’s startup ecosystem. He considers himself to have an eclectic music taste, is a loving dog dad (named Wes), a recent plant dad (Charles) and an aspiring minimalist. He really likes naps, rooftops, architecture and creative nonfiction. Some of his obscure interests include surveillance capitalism, captology and visual culture. He hopes to change the world one day, but is still figuring out how.
