My mom is my hero. She has always been an example for me in so many ways. To go back to a school while holding down a full time job, a highly regarded and well paid one at that, shows that it’s never too late and you’re never to busy to accomplish your goals. I remember when mom first started at NYU I helped her with editing her essays and it gave me a very unique look into her as a strong, independent woman, not just my mom. Her love and dedication is palatable and contagious! Outside of school my mom has been loving, nurturing, and caring. She has always put her kids first and my brother and sister benefited greatly from that. I love you mom and am super proud of you!”

I’ve enjoyed being wth you on this journey, you’ve been going to NYU for ??? years–you’re no dummy! Knowing how much you loved your math classes 🙂 made it more special when you achieved your grades- I know it was that extra motivation of free choice at Toys R Us that did it! Take a moment to enjoy this recognition to the fullest, you’ve earned it- I love you so much. What’s next?? LOL”
