The Spirit Issue

If you ask any given NYU student their thoughts about their school, one of the most common responses you might get is how much NYU seems to be lacking in the school spirit department. Why is this? NYU certainly does its best to promote a strong community, despite such a disjointed campus. It seems that many students are simply more preoccupied with extracurriculars and their studies than their Violet Pride. In welcoming our student body back to campus, a few of our writers explored this question from different angles: Where is all of the NYU school spirit?
