Well, it's that time of the year again: The WSN Editorial Board is publishing its annual response to the various health violations that NYU dining halls have incurred over the past year.
Among this year's most egregious violations were evidence of vermin in kitchens and food stored above acceptable temperatures. Other violations included more technical issues that probably wouldn't make most students' skin crawl.
Although violations have decreased, the scores for many of NYU's dining halls are worse than the city average. The university said it is working to improve the situation, but the board thinks the reports are still unacceptable.
If NYU Dining Services is truly committed to improving the situation, perhaps they should post a link to the health inspection reports for all university dining halls on their website.
