Yes, 9/11 happened, but how many people were involved in that or knew? Maybe 100 tops, all of whom were living next to each other in a cave? And there are over a billion Muslims.
Also, most Palestinian terrorist organizations like the PLO were founded by Christians or Communist secularists. Terrorism isn't an exclusively Islamic phenomenon.
