Absolutely. They deserve it.
Maybe not, but it shouldn't be changed now.
No. NYU needs more money.
They should get partial remission.

BTW, my son's BAC was .42 - in the death range.He drank 6 200ML bottles of vodka in 2 hours or so of time.
